Ok, I'm happy to report that as of the shut down of this season, my floods worked wonderfully! Got them to the correct internal program and they faded together from start to finish. Having over a 150' long house (with the attached garage) they lite up the house wonderfully and stayed in sync! Having a stone face see the pict above. The house looked wonderful. I am going to get lower wattage versions of these for next season to do up lighting on the trees. I have 3 batches of 4 together in a section and plan to use this to uplight. I had single stationary color and with the snow in the trees it was beautiful. Going to do the 3 color, red, green, blue and they will all be in sync and it should look amazing.
Ive got 2 I need to get rid of, Im moving and just dont want to take these with me. Asking $325 (includes shipping in CONUS) for both. Ill thrown in a USB485 new connector and a Whole House 2.0 Transmitter.
Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org rather than posting here. I need to get these gone.
Fires and flood....I hope insurance covered that clean-up!
I read that this factory in Tarboro was the Empire factory originally. Is that true?
Just a thought.......Do you think this closing will be the end of SeasonsLA? Weren't they a huge part of GFP's sales?
As Mel confirmed, yes it was true.
Not sure about insurance. The fires were contained to a ventilation system so it didn’t spread throughout the factory.
As for SeasonsLA. Honestly don’t know. I didn’t even think they were in business still.

Thanks for that read. Very interesting actually. So did Empire completely go out of business after selling the factory or was it a few years later? The other question I want to poke it is, did GFP produce the Big Wheels? When I was at the factory and many pics I’ve seen after showed pallets of Big Wheels and even Sleds for sale at GFPs sale.
