Calico Baked Beans

This is not really a Christmas related recipe but it is a great easy side dish that is very popular. I was asked to give out this recipe so here it goes...

Ingredients-

1 lb hamburger

1 lb bacon

1 c. diced onion

1/2c. chopped celery

1/2c. ketchup

3 Tbsp. vinegar

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 c. brown sugar

1 can pork and beans

1 can butter beans

1 can kidney beans

1 can lima beans

Brown hamburger. Add onions and celery and saute. Cut up bacon and brown seperately. Drain grease and add to hamburger. Mix in bowl ketchup, vinegar, mustard, and brown sugar, and add to hamburger mixture. Drain butter, kidney, and lima beans. Add all beans to hamburger mixture. Bake at 325* at least 45 minutes. (The longer baked on a low temperature the better, up to 2 hours.)

I believe this might also be known as 4 bean cassarole.
