I finished my first arch yesterday and almost done the 2nd, 10' long with 8 ch, then realized I've been programing for 7ch's(which is not done either) Each 100 CT string goes about 14" just enough to cover 10' with 8ch's. How can you stretch a 100CT string to fill in a 10' pipe. I am out of channels, I have 32 and having a hard time programming now, I don't think I could add another controller now with all that I still have to do.

I started way too late and trying to catch up.

What to do?

I would just unwind the last string, leaving 7 on the pipe. Then cut the arch a little bit shorter and perhaps move the stakes a little closer together to make up for it.

Or take one string off and just slide the otheres out a little wider to cover the entire pipe. Then he will be ready for next year when he has mor channels.

If he's already got arches programmed in at 7 channels though, why not just use those extra channels next year for something else :)
