Tell us what you want to hear about. You have a subject that is not listed above? We have some of our old fallbacks if needed. Check the previous years agenda at:

www.christmasinkent.com

Let us know. We will keep this poll open until April 22nd.

Also, please consider presenting a topic. This is a great way to learn something new, and share your findings. We are a gentle, easy crowd, and pretty laid back.

Remember the date is May 14th

Friday the 13th, YIKES!!! (evening) is the Pizza Meet and Greet

We are going to do something different for the introductions this year. Along with your name and location, we would like for EVERYONE to pick one item in your display that is unique, or special to you or your visitors and talk about it for 5 minutes. What is it, how did it come to being, how was it made, anything you want to share with us. If you have pictures or a small video, we will work out getting that to either Kevin or I to put on our computers for the Mini. This is a great way to share what we all don't get a chance to see because we tend to our own displays during the season.

Hey guys, I am planning on coming to both, does anyone have any info on close buy lodging? I figure that if I can come down to the meet and greet, why drive back to the house in renton for a shor period.

Thank

In response to places to stay for the NW Mini:

Super 8 77.36 inc tax

Quality Inn $74.00 plus tax

La Quinta $89.00 plus tax

Plus 6 more all at Exit 109 on I-5

From here you can take College Street south 3.5 miles to the shopping center (on the left) where Farrellis is located for the Friday night pizza reunion. 4870 Yelm Highway SE http://www.farrellispizza.com/

On on Saturday morning:

First you might like to try a bakery I have found. Twister Donuts. I recommend the bacon maple bar-a complete breakfast. West on Martin Way from the motel 2.1 miles to 2302 Martin Way watch carefully on the right for the shop-it is stand alone but is easy to miss. Here are the Yelp reviews:

Second find your way to the NW Mini it is 7.5 miles from the motels to 4842 Thompson Lane SE, Olympia WA. We'll have the coffee on to wash down that donut plus another stack here but not from Twister-I'm not that good of a host!!!

Joe, there are a couple right in Lacey but I drive back after pizza to Kent (but that's just me).

I think this is good cheap lodging here: http://www.comfortinn.com/hotel-lacey-washington-WA072

We were planning on attending but we have out of town company coming that week end. My Grand Daughter made the all star softball team and they have a tournament here in town so I need to be here. Maybe next year I can make it over. I was looking forward to meeting people I have communicated with.

Not sure yet if I am going to make it yet or not, (daughters due date is

that weekend, and babies make thier own schedules) but if you are making the chage over to LED, and will

not be using your white minnies, would you consider donating them?

I am assisting with a Festival of the Nativities and we are collecting

lights to light the trees and around the nativities.

I got to figure out how to close the poll, but I think our direction is clear.

We have one last sponsor to date to talk about:

D & R Auto Parts - Kennewick, WA our esteemed Bill Reitan who will be attending this year!
