I just had some laying around. Although you can buy them at yardinflatables.com. They aren't constantly in stock, so if they aren't add yourself to the waiting list and they'll let you know when they do come in stock.

Yes. I had an old inflatable, that had gone bad. The bulk of it was ruined, but there was an elf, a bear, and two reindeer on it that were still good. So I cut the seams and removed them. Then, I added them onto this Santa Airblown. It's time consuming but worth it.

can you show the process? what stitching did you use?
