Ralph Priest 18
Well, now that Christmas-palooza 2016 is packed away, it's time to start building the 2017 edition---oh yea! This year I resolve to run C9s vertically across my two-story house,as well as across the roof. So, I turn to the mob for build ideas. How do you anchor lights to the roof ridge line and bottom edge; and how do you hang the lights across the vertical face of a two-story,vinyl sided(with trim wrap)? Thanx friends! Jim Noel 18
heres what I do. I use landscape pins on the bottom. Binder clips at the top, clipped onto a shingle on the opposite side of roof. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Ralph Priest 18
Thanx Jim. Are those M6 strings on the roof? And are they simply laid straight or are they on some kind of frame?
Jim Noel 18
They are 5mm, m5 and some C3, not as heavy as the C9. There is no frame, they are just laid straight. I have done this, or some variation, for 3 years. Do this on mine and neighbors roof, use 16 channels, and have them mirror each other. Have never had to climb back on roof to realign.
