Fire Flicker LEDs

Anyone tried one of the Flickering Flame LEDs?  Saw them and wished they made them in a C7 Candelabra base.  Would love to replace those little flicker bulbs that hardly work outside when it is cold.  I saw a video of one of them this am and when you turned it upside down, it adjusted so the flame went the correct way.

I still get confused with all the light sizes out there.   E-26, E-27, Mini, C-9, Candelabra, Intermediate, C-6, M-5, Mogul  etc, ect, etc.

Not sure if this is the right one or not, but it is available in a few different sizes:  https://www.ebay.com/itm/6-5W-E27-E14-B22-LED-Flicker-Flame-Fire-Effect-Light-Bulb-Warm-White-Decor-Lamp/142578326015?hash=item21325499ff:m:m3hZ92VtQz5HXFDPI-JffLw

Try an e-Bay search for LED Fire Bulb -  I see that prices vary widely from vendor to vendor.

  • 3 weeks later...

I did just this in my blow mold candles. I tried a couple different ones!

Expensive but these were the right fit and look really good plus the flame effect is perfect look for outdoor fire. Time will tell if they hold up. Been out there for a few weeks so far, no issues.

I tried the ones above/or similar off ebay for cheaper but had to remove the plastic cover to make them fit, but didn't like exposed wires like that.

I also bought these - still waiting for shipment LOL from ebay 3 modes and cheaper
