  1. I drill a hole in the bottom with a spade bit (at least 6") and insert a piece of PVC. You may have to use hot glue to hold it in. Then I set it on a piece of rebar that I put in the ground. I have had them turn in a high wind but they haven't ever blown off. On my larger ones I put in two pieces of PVC.
  2. It seems Ryan's statement than all orders had been shipped was incorrect. Finally got a response on my order. It was not shipped and they do not have the lights to fill it. I have requested a refund and hopefully it won't be 8 months before they refund it.
