  • Santa Claus's sleigh is led by eight reindeer: Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Dunder (variously spelled Donder and Donner), and Blixem (variously spelled Blixen and Blitzen), with Rudolph being a 20th-century inclusion.

Nast continued to draw Santa for 30 years, changing the color of his coat from tan to the red he’s known for today.

  1. I know that I had a great time. Liked getting the chance to see some old faces and meeting new ones. I would again like to thank Mark for opening his home and hosting the mini. Hopefully some of the others that attended will post here as well.

  4. I usually do everything the last week of October. More than enough time before the 27th light up.
  5. Although not free like boot camp another option is parallels desktop for mac. It allows you to run Windows like an application. With boot camp you would have to restart the computer to switch between mac and windows. You cannot run lor directly on a mac.

  16. Hey Mark! Any one of the middle three weekends in October would be great with me, depending on your schedule of course. Sundays are better for me because my daughter has all sorts of activities on Saturday but those only go until noon. I'll be there just give me date and time lol.. Of course once you figured it out first ;-)

  18. Behind I am. LOL I just started today got my roof line done. Really behind this year, Of course I waited for all the really warm days to go away before I started. Hopefully get all the yard decor out tomorrow and call it done for this year.
