  • The original Rudolph did not have a red nose. In that day and age, red noses were seen as an indicator of chronic alcoholism and Montgomery Ward didn’t want him to look like a drunkard. To complete the original picture, he was almost named Reginald or Rollo.

  1. I've been running pixels for about 5 years you can't beat the quality of either. Sandevices. E682 or the falcon controllers I use no other controllers for pixels
  2. I have all the snowflakes also but I believe there only made for pixels not LEDs check with Boysco studios .

  5. First thing you should do is connect each controller one at at time directly to the LOR USB -rs485 adapter and check to see if it is seen in hardware utility than switch cat-5 cable to verify both ports work .

  12. Dan from lor said today he is working on improvements to software for higher pixel counts so if you know lor programing its probably cheaper to stay with lor I am running 7000 dmx channels now with no problems how many channels are you up to ?
  13. Hi Sean been using your nutcracker program for quite awhile now thanks for that its great . I bought the Quickshow program I have had it for two weeks now and have used it to sequence one song so far actually its pretty easy to use. as for the projector I bought the Laserworld model CS-1000rgb SE 50k being delivered on Thursday 1/23/14 so have not used it yet. I did not know what kind of projector to buy. On ebay they advertise this as a package but I bought both items from two different vendors paid $500.00 for quickshow delivered and $520.00 for projector delivered had to wait on delivery of projector because you have to file your name with the FDA. The need to know who owns lasers not a big deal but takes about a week for the paperwork . i'll let you know how it works Thanks Dennis Laff

  16. The only controller that lor sells for smart rgb's come with lights attached #ccr's $250.00 CCP100D pixels $239.95 CCB-100Bulbs $289.095 they don't have a smart pixel controller by itself
  17. I have both the bliss lights and just got the sparkle magic tested in dark basement last week . looks to me side by side comparison the sparkle magic is brighter and has a couple different effects and also is cheaper I will buy another sparkle light magic light

  19. Hello everyone today I did a test of bliss lights green spright landscape light which I have used for 2 years and the new sparkle magic laser that I just received. Tested in dark basement the sparkle magic in my opinon was much brighter and also had adjustable lighting effect and also cheaper in price.
  20. Many people say you only need half the amount of nodes of leds anyway DIY LED express has dumb 50 ct strips on sale now $14.50 per string I use the 24 channel dc controller from LOR and a 12 volt power supply from diy led express pretty simple to setup and program with lor
