Has anyone used twinkly lights? Photos show Christmas trees filled with them and easy to control. I don't think 250 bulbs will do the trick for a tree.

My thinking was the inflatable projector is weatherproof. The one you posted is nice but not weather proof. -
How to get sets of controllable lights to stay the same?
xxnonamexx replied to xxnonamexx's topic in Lights, Lights, Lights!
I tested the sets by setting one to flash unplugged it and plugged back in and it changed to a different setting. I guess there is nothing I can do to put the 5 sets in sync all the time. -
How to get sets of controllable lights to stay the same?
xxnonamexx replied to xxnonamexx's topic in Lights, Lights, Lights!
I will have to see if they retain the setting. I remember last year I set them all steady and when they started up the next night they all changed so I don't think they retain the last setting which is my issue I will check thanks -

HD doesn't sell larger then 4x6 net lights. Do you think the one that aren't good for snow are b/c the controller should be covered and the light set will be ok? -

yes I have twinkling net lights but these larger areas it would be nice to use bigger size net lights. I might have found the correct ones: https://www.amazon.com/INFILILA-9-86-6ft-Professional-Lighting-Christmas/dp/B07KLW9214/ref=sr_1_50_sspa?keywords=9'+net+lights&qid=1572401595&sr=8-50-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExMVpWME1EUTJNQTlTJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNjgwMDAzMlY3S1gwS0k4UUI4SCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNjMxODQ2MjNQWkQ5OURaQkxWUiZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0Zl9uZXh0JmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ== Then this one isn't good for snow: -
I purchased 6' fairy bell trees and would like to add strokes. I have the big strobe light bulbs that you string your own (5). But I have noticed 5mm string strobes and was wondering thoughts.

Fairy, tree trunk net lights opinions?
xxnonamexx replied to xxnonamexx's topic in Lights, Lights, Lights!
I am looking to wrap an oak tree at least 9' tall. the other 2 trees I can wrap net lights around them. What about those lawn net lights? I think they are just net lights. -
I have seen fairy net lights that are huge 12x5 Are they worth it? What about Tree trunk lights where they say they are 15" wide and cut net lights in half? I am looking to cover 3 big tree trunks and the 12x5 net fairy lights for the ground.

I purchased a led strip light it's clear and you have a remote to change colors etc. http://www.ebay.com/itm/5M-New-3528-SMD-RGB-Waterproof-IP44-300-LED-light-strip-24-Key-Free-IR-Remote-/150969754575?pt=US_Car_Lighting&hash=item23267fa3cf. The plugs are from a laptop and need to be covered outdoors. Does anyone use these? Any weather issues with the plug?

CDI is more expensive I found the Incandescent ones I used last year were excellent and the new LEDs are brighter.
