  • The original Rudolph did not have a red nose. In that day and age, red noses were seen as an indicator of chronic alcoholism and Montgomery Ward didn’t want him to look like a drunkard. To complete the original picture, he was almost named Reginald or Rollo.

  • Santa Claus's sleigh is led by eight reindeer: Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Dunder (variously spelled Donder and Donner), and Blixem (variously spelled Blixen and Blitzen), with Rudolph being a 20th-century inclusion.

Nast continued to draw Santa for 30 years, changing the color of his coat from tan to the red he’s known for today.

  3. They sell it at the home depot here in Canada so I would think your local would have it. Its near the plexiglass.
  4. I have a couple of short lantern posts that are going to be fitted with RGB modules this year. It should make a nice change from the C9 incans that were in them.
  5. I am new also but the advice that I would give you is to chose something with a good bass line and to pick a song you like because you are going to be hearing a lot of it in the next little while. Good Luck

  7. In the top right corner where your name is there is a drop down menu, select my settings. In my settings there is a menu on the left side of the screen, select notification options (second from bottom) In there check the boxes to organize how you would like to be notified and when.

    Sunday July 1, Canada Day, Sunny 29 degrees C humidex of 34 a perfect summer day. As I climb off my ladder from measuring for Christmas lights I look over and my neighbor is in his driveway tuning up his snow blower. We must be Canadian.
