    OCSURF...did you try one of those cage snowflakes? I've looked everywhere for DIY ropelight ideas/instruction, but to no avail. I understand they idea and reasoning behind buying it completed for 60 to 80 bucks, but part of why I do this is for the fun/hobby of it. I like the idea of making something from scratch, standing back, and saying "I did that." If you made one, how did it turn out? Any pics? Did you find any other instructions elsewhere you might share? Thanks! Matt
