  1. I do not see these often on eBay, but this might be one of the better examples I've seen after looking after a few years: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Vintage-1950s-Mid-Century-Mold-Craft-Heller-Reindeer-Santa-Blow-Mold-/284228137645?nma=true&si=%2FEGJz2gOMpp9CMDKqOAeQZ4HDh4%3D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
  2. For anyone out there who has a Party City close by, they are currently selling this bunny which I've seen people put a light into: https://www.partycity.com/easter-bunny-fence-topper-910061.html?cgid=easter-outdoor-decorations&fromplp=true I decided to take the plunge on it, its decent but maybe I should have tried a better light (using a LED C7 filament bulb in it). You can see it on the left peeking out of the bush.
  3. Has anyone ordered from Moderndisplay.com? They have a few LED sets I am interested in that I've not seen carried elsewhere and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them
  4. I've used these which are more pricier than the corn bulb but are higher lumens: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077XRB42H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Here they are inside the Gemmy Disney Blowmolds (note there are two in each blowmold), also added a size comparison. I
  5. Those are pretty cool items they have on deck. They have some really cool stuff available on their site, and plug and play would definitely get more people into elaborate decorating (if they don't balk at the price). I purchased their music box controller which is easy to setup but it is very costly. It is a time saver in terms of if you want to incorporate music and chasing lights into your display.
  6. Here are a few pics if anyone is interested, the clips rusted after a few weeks outside
  7. I agree the forums should be kept As a person who has used forums for a long time, as well as someone who uses social media - I almost NEVER bother looking for any type of information on Facebook. The fact that it is come as you go and you will not know who you are getting information from (at least forums you can tell who has been around long enough and see a reputation to build off of). Also helpful is when new product does arrive and people share the news and reviews here Oddly, I do use social media to make purchases when people are selling items (Facebook Marketplace, In
  8. No Problem Yes they are pricey, I had a coupon code and enough projects to make the purchase worth my while
  9. I had luck with these for a strand of Halloween Blinky blow mold pieces as well as a couple strands of bells outside. Check out the video but it takes a minute or two for them to start blinking independently from each other. https://www.christmaslightsetc.com/p/C7-Twinkle-Multicolor-Smooth-OptiCore-LED-Christmas-Light-Bulbs-15071.htm IMG_1437.MOV
  10. Long time lurker, first time posting here (finally able to get my password reset). I purchased a pair in December with reasonable shipping to Jersey ($12.99) These came with LED corn style bulbs, they are marked grand venture on the mold. I am tempted to buy a few more at 19.99 but need to figure out where to put them
