  • About my display
    Non-existent today...working towards 2009.
  1. Have one brand new PC-CTB16PC-COMPLETE for sale and listed in the PC classifieds. It is still in the sealed box; purchased it during 2010 summer sale and have never opened or put into service. See product details here: http://store.lightor...om/ctascpa.html Asking $185 and will ship for free via USPS. Payment must be completed via PayPal. PM or email if interested or have any questions. Thanks.
  2. Lowes now 75% off. I recommend checking/purchasing remaining store inventory online and then simply pick up at customer service counter. Huge time saver and it sets aside inventory--no need to rush to the store.

    Multi Color Led

I have done it with GE Energy Smart lights from Lowes as well; these are full-wave LED strings made by Santa's Best Craft. I confirmed with their tech support last year the bulbs could be swapped out. I have not done it with any other brand.
  4. The final deciding factor was the lack of lights on clearance in Twin Cities area stores. No need to run around when the shelves are already bare.
  5. Never thought I would consider this, but given the Spring like day here in Minnesota, I am taking some of my display down. Anyone else doing the same?
  6. Looking for anyone that has hacked Neo-Neon's color changing LED strings to control the colors individually. Available in Red/Green and Green/Blue, these were sold at Ace Hardware and True Value stores over the last couple of seasons... http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002UETLYK/ I picked up a bunch of 60ct C6 strings really cheap with hopes I could hack the controller; has anyone else attempted this? Thanks in advance for any and all replies.
  7. Manufacturer website listing available retailers... http://www.christmaslightco.com/pressroom_retailers.html
  8. Any interest on these LEDs? Going to post on ebay this weekend; if you are interested, make an offer via PM. Willing to sell strings separately if necessary. Thanks.
  9. Purchased these C6 full wave LEDs on white wire last year for window frames, but never got around to building the frames and now planning to do something else for our display. Beyond plugging in each string to test upon receipt, they have never been out of the box. Recognizing that color and brightness can be subjective, in relative terms these strings are brighter and warmer than the GE EnergySmart full wave LEDs sold at Lowes (see comparison picture below). Each string features faceted bulbs with 4" spacing, "sealed" one-piece construction and are fully dimmable. I have a total of 1,190 for each color (see details below). Red C6 FULL WAVE 35ct White Wire 34 Strings - $4.50 each + shipping Green C6 FULL WAVE 70ct White Wire 17 Strings - $9.00 each + shipping Warm White C6 FULL WAVE 70ct White Wire 17 Strings - $9.00 each + shipping Would prefer to sell all strings as a set or, if broken up, at least in equal numbers of red/green/white. Send PM if interested and include zip code for USPS estimate; I will not be replying to any inquiries until later this evening. Payment must be completed via PayPal. Thanks.
  10. What is your preferred bulb size? (e.g., 5MM, M5, C5, C7, etc.)
  11. String is roughly 12.5 ft in length with 12 icicles of three different sizes (4 each 11"; 4 each 9"; and 4 each 7"). Can connect up to 17 sets. Short clip below to give you an idea of the random animation... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsDljq02T-M Have 15 sets available and asking $15 each + shipping. All are new in the box; purchased last year and never incorporated into our display. Willing to sell individually or multiple sets. PM if interested, indicate number of sets and provide zip code for estimated shipping. Thanks.
  12. These have been sold. Sorry for the late replies to all that were interested. In retrospect, it was not wise to post these on New Year's Eve AND try to ship two other sales I completed yesterday morning. pmcpa was the first to respond via PM and that is who ended up with them. Thanks.
