We did it. Here is our house posted on Youtube. http://youtu.be/bQu5UYU2Td0 This is using 7 laser projectors including a 300 mw blue laser motor projector. It is saving tons in electricity, and the projector cost has proven to be less then replacing broken strands of lights. The drawbacks are that I don't run them in inclement weather and the lasers don't like being in weather under 45 degrees, although that is not much of an issue here in Southern California.
