I just posted a new video that shows how to animate a cutout using a windshield wiper motor. I used Coroplast in making my cutout... but the same principles can be applied to animating a cutout made out of a wood based product. I hope you find this video helpful! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oc5xkpqaCRU

I have two LOR1602W controllers. $150 each plus shipping. One of the controllers has a loose cat5 cable jack connection, but if you use this one in the last of your series, it doesnt matter about the outgoing jack. The other controller has 3 channels that stick sometimes, so that gives you 13 channels instead of 16. Price has already been reduced to account for these issues.

Hi, We bought this Santa new about 15 yrs ago at an Eckerd Drug Store. We actually bought it after Christmas and only paid about $50.00 on clearance. I always thought it was a good deal but i have heard it was a great deal as it has become somewhat collectible. We have had this Santa in our front yard every year thru our kids growing up. in fact we were known as the Santa house and there were nights where there would be a line of cars around our cul-de-sac for kids to see the Singing Santa. our kids are now grown and off at college but the Santa is still part of our tradition. But that is not really pertinent I guess. But a couple of years ago he started not wanting to wave. I could hit reset and give him a nudge and he would carry on usually for the rest of the night. Then last year he just stopped moving his head and arm. I did all the normal things. But it seems Gemmy just has no interest in helping me fix my old friend. I just can't bare to toss him out. So I am here hoping someone can help me Get Ole Saint Nick moving again! I have taken him partially apart and the first thing i found was what looks like a Ground wire that was just hanging loose. I have included pictures. If anyone can help me i would be very grateful!
